Return either in person or with payment by mail. State law requires that all dogs must be licensed yearly. Before a license can be issued, you must furnish a rabies vaccination certificate to show proof of vaccination against rabies Wis. Statues ยง174.07. Fines of $50 to $100 may be imposed for failure to have your dog(s) vaccinated.
